       在变压吸附装置中，工艺系统需周期的切换阀门，而且阀门数量多，动作频繁，人工操作无法实现。由于变压吸附装置是-套高度自动化的装置，其阀门应同样具有高度可靠性以保障整个工艺流程的顺利进行，因此程控阀的长期稳定运行对保证产品的质量和产量起着重要的作用。由于变压吸附工艺流程的特殊性，常规阀门难以保证装置长期可靠运行。因此在变压吸附装置中阀门采用专用程控阀，其启闭由程序控制并带有阀门检测装置。该类专用程控阀门必须满足以下要求:

(1)密封性能好，泄漏量达到ANSI标准的最高级ClassVI级;

(2)开启速度快,随阀门通径不同其启闭的时间最长应小于3秒;

(3)阀门要求寿命长,能经受长期频繁动作而不泄露;

(4)能应用于易燃易爆有毒等气体环境;

(5)具备双向耐压性和抗高速气流冲刷性能;

(6)根据工艺要求,易实现调节功能和阀门状态显示,现场指示及运转功能。

Thus the PSA equipments should be a set of highly automated equipments, in order to ensure the entire process be smooth, the valves should be the same high reliability. Therefore, long-term stable operation of program control valve plays a significant role to ensure product quality and capacity, It is difficult that general valve ensure to meet long-term reliable operation of equipments because of the specificity of PSA process. Use pneumatic valve plate, namely, program control valve The start-stop is operated by the program control with a valve detection device in PSA equipments, and must meet the following requirements:

(1)Good sealing performance with zero leakage, satisfy class VI that is superlative degree in ANSI standard.

(2)Fast starting, the start -stop longest time should be less than 3 seconds according to different valve diameter.

(3)Valves should be able to withstand the long-term frequent work without leakage with long life.

(4)Can be used in environment such as flammable, explosive and toxic gases.

(5)AlI program valves have two-way stress-resistant and anti-erosion performance of high-speed airflow character.

(6)In accordance with technological requirements. it is easy to achieve the adjustive function, valve position status indicate, on-site instructions and operating features.
